Theme Issue after Upgrade from 1.6.2 to 2.0.1

hi Syam, i have just updated from very well working 1.6.2 to latest 2.0.1 Version. But this new one destroy the Layout of my Modernize Theme. is it possible for you to check this issue? i can send you send you a link to my testpage if i have your e-mail Adress. many thanks
