Theme Issue

Hi! Without having access to the theme, is difficult to tell. Does the image appear, but with an improper size? Is it completely invisible? Please, tell us what is your WordPress site and refer to a page that is using an external featured image, but it has the problem you mention.

Site is ran on local server for testing purposes.

How can we find a solution?

The image does not appear. It appears a black layer instead of the image, like if it were there, but no image at all on the full post. How ever, it appears correctly on the front-end thumbnails.

Could you please send us a copy of the theme (customers AT neliosoftware DOT com). I’d like to take a look at it in one of our development installations, and get you back with the solution (if any).

Quick note for anyone interested: we sent @lordknoxx a fixed version of the Valenti theme a couple of months ago. We did not receive any reply, but our local testing proved its working. Therefore, I mark this thread as resolved.
