Theme Isn’t Responsive on Mobile Device

  • I purchased the premium version of Writers Theme which is described as being responsive. When I navigate to the website via my mobile device, I am served a different version of the site and have to choose the full responsive site by clicking a link at the bottom of the page. I do not want this experience for visitors to my site. How can I ensure users see the responsive version of the site with its customized layout and colors rather than a non-responsive version of the site?
