Theme is created but does not show up under users profile section

Same problem here. I created a scheme that showed up under available schemes but had no way to apply it.

Also same problem. created theme in Settings -> HS Custom Admin Theme, but there is no evident way to apply it, the Themes created by HS Custom Admin do not show up Users -> Your Profile -> Admin Color Scheme.
