Theme is activated but in The Appearance > Themes the button still show Activate

Hi there, I’m developing my first premium theme for wordpress the theme is near to complete with many customized things and custom option panel.

My problem is that the theme is activated and works well but in the admin under Appearance -> Themes under my theme the is still showing Activate Button and not say (Active:”My Theme Name”). What’s the problem????
