Theme / iPad, iPhone app

Hi

Some feedback needed. I had an idea about developing an app that gave you access to develop a theme from within it. If possible you would install the theme through the app and then using an interface decide on whether you wanted 1, 2 or 3 columns how they were displayed etc.

What do folks think please?
