Theme Installation

  • I bought a theme from themeforest.com and whenever I try to upload it fails. I get the error message: “Are you sure you want to do this?”

    Is there something wrong with the theme or is it the way I’m trying to upload it?

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme during the upload to rule out any theme-specific problems?
