theme installation

  • Hi
    I can not install any theme or template. when i click on installation a page will open that says:

    An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.remarpro.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

    what should I do?

    What URLs are you using for WordPress and Site settings in in Setting -> General?
