Theme install – very strange folder content

Hi. Just bought Camelus from Theme Forest
https://themeforest.net/item/camelus-nature-tones-business-template-/76549I am confused – there are not the usual zipped PHP files (config / header / footer…php etc. etc.) – so no idea how to install (auto or manual)
There’s 3 folders (HTML Version / PHP Version and PSDs). Inside the PHP Version folder there’s a load of PHP files but not the usual, as above…
Please help with simple instructions!
