Theme install blew off site.

When I tried to install theme, my site disappeared and was replaced with this:

In addition, I can’t access my dashboard admin area in another tab and only get the same stuff. However, I can get to my pre install dashboard by backing up my browser from the blowup, but if I try to go forward or open any thing, I get the same stuff. Please HELP!
