Theme incompatible

Hi there,
It seems that the theme Bridge is not working well with your plugin.
The checkout page has an error in the billing/shipping address. I am fixing it now with another plugin but that is causing other problems. How can we make this plugin compatible with the (very popular!) Bridge theme?https://themeforest.net/item/bridge-creative-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/7315054
