Theme images does not load

I have installed WP on a new domain.
I have uploaded it onto the root directory.
But the theme images will not load.
Also on the Designs >> Current Themes page – the screenshots will not show.

I had this problem once before on a different domain, and had somehow fixed it myself. I just cannot remember how I had done it.
Would be grateful if any advices where am I going wrong.
