[Theme: iFeature] widget problem re-arranging

From function.php you can order your custom code to order the widgets if the theme is normal.

Are you running an older version of WordPress? We have had a few users who had the same problem and they were running an much older version of WordPress so please ensure you are running the latest version.

This problem is back egain in WP3.5 :/
