[Theme: Hybrid] No templates exist for this post type

it is seriously acting weird, sometime , yesterday it was there but now i cant find for oxygen theme,

first i was unable to find the right documentation, now the Templete post type is Lost, its so freaking confusing.

This was a pain in the butt to figure out but here it is:

You need this code:

 * Post Template: No Widgets
 *
 * A post template to use when wanting to disable all widget areas for an individual post.
 *
 * @package Hybrid
 * @subpackage Template
 */

Note the Post Template. Then name your file post-whateveryouwant.php
