[Theme: Hemingway Rewritten] Display facebook comment count instead of WordPress

    I’m using the facebook social plugin installed manually through code on my website.

    I want to display the facebook comment count in all relevant places where WordPress shows it. So:

    1) Which are the places that I need to make changes in?
    2) If I also want to show a Like button besides the comment count, how do I go about it? (It should display the same likes which the post has got)

    I followed the method mentioned on this page for the installation.
