theme help

I have two issues with the simpleCart theme that Im hoping someone can give me some help with…(1) How do I create another sidebar just like the one that is currently there, just under it, and (2) how do I delete the second homepage in the menu, I cant find the code anywhere.

Any help would be appreciated!
