My header image suddenly stopped working correctly and its height is only about 1/10 what it should be. This smashes the header and second section together making it very hard to read.

I am using Responsive Boat on 2 different websites and suddenly the same error occurred on both, so I think there was some update that broke everything?

    My sites:
    Wheelercopywriting.com
    Lifeforcecampaign.com

Thanks very much for your help!…

  • Hi,
Please go to Admin > Appearance > Customize > Advanced Options > Background Image > Insert the background image.
    Thanks

Thanks for your reply. I am in Admin>Appearance>Customize but there is not “Advanced Options”

    Here is what I see:

I went to “Background Image” and I fully understand how to place an image here. I had an image here for 6 months, then suddenly on both of my sites it stopped working.

Here’s another example that more clearly shows my problem:

Notice how on the left menu I have selected a blue “Email” symbol as my background image. Also notice how when it is placed on the screen, it only fills the top side bar.

The area it is supposed to fill is still gray. This happens no matter the graphic I try to place here; the header image does not properly display. This problem simultaneously arose on 2 different sites of mine which leads me to believe there is a bug somewhere in the theme.

    Thanks for your help!
