Theme Header and Footer are not hidden

    I’m using the Eduma theme, and the header and footer remain visible however in a broken form on all the CartFlows templates. How do I remove them completely?

    Hello,

    Thank you for getting back to us!

    It seems that it is coming from your theme so to confirm can you please try switching your theme to another theme such as Twenty Twenty so as to confirm that is only happening with your theme.

    Basically, CartFlows does not adds theme’s styles & Scripts if the Page template is set to CartFlows-Box or Templates for Page Builder.

    If you set the Page template to Default then the Header & Footer will be displayed and the Theme’s styles & scripts will be added to.

    If setting the Page template to other option instead of default and it is not removing the header & footer HTML markup then it seems that the theme is inserting the HTML markup in a wrong format and you can use the CSS to hide those HTML from the CartFlows pages.
