[Theme: Graphene] Remove social sharing buttons in slider

I’ve got a social bar below my posts so that people can like a specific post, this also shows up in the slider, not a horrible thing really, but for the homepage it could get confusing because I’d rather only have one social sharing option on this page. Any way to remove that from the slider?
Another reason why I’d like to remove it from the slider is because it takes up more space and I would like to shrink down the slider a bit. See what I mean at the link below..
