[Theme: Graphene] Links in kudos footer

I would prefer if visitors who are clicking on the kudos (WP/Graphene) in the footer are not directed away from my website but get these external links opened in a new tab/window (aka “target=’_blank'”).

Changing this in the ‘footer.php’ can be done manually of course but get’s lost with every template update.

If this behaviour should not be applied in general because of conflicting with the visitors expectation how links do behave, make it optional.
