Theme Gone – Everything Gone

I just moved some files around in my directories, installed a version of WP in a directory (not the one I am currently using). I had to delete the WP files and move everything back to where it was when I started now my current weblog at https://www.thissavageart.com/ is nowhere to be found. All my files are intact from what I can see, my theme folder (emire) is still located in wp-content/themes/. When I look under Admin>Presentation>Themes there is no theme to choose, nothing. How do I get it to recognize my theme?
