    Hello there,

There is an issue when trying to change the Qubely Global Settings.
I am activating the Theme global settings, then Publish the page.
At first, everything seems fine, the colors are updated however if I refresh the page editor, the Global Settings are set back to the default plugin settings – Preset #1 and if I Publish again, the old colors are applied front-end as well.

Loom video, tested on twenty twenty-one default WP theme:

Can you pls. help me with this issue to be resolved?
    Thank you!

  • Hello @stelat !

It can be anything conflicting issue , You can kindly follow the steps mentioned below:

    1. Disable all the other third-party plugins and check whether that
    solves the issue
    2. If that solves the issue, please activate the plugins one by one to
    rule out the conflicting plugin
    3. If that doesn't work, please check it by activating the parent theme
    4. If the issue still persists, please activate a WordPress default
theme like Twenty Twenty and check

Then, still have the issue, you can contact our support through this address support at themeum dot com

    Thank you!

    Hello Kardi,

The example that I’ve shared in the video is tested on default WP theme Twenty Twenty-One. Deactivating the plugins does not fix the problem.

I will write to the support
    Thank you

    Dear @stelat !

No, I haven’t found a solution, nor have I heard back from support, so I just stopped using this plugin.

    Hello @anokino !

It can be anything version conflicting issue. Need to check your site ,you can contact our support through this address support at themeum dot com .

    Thank you!

Was there any answer to this?

    Dear @starhorsepax2

We apologize for the inconvenience. After our investigation, we discovered that the issue is related to the default preset of the theme. To resolve this, you need to create a duplicate of the default preset and activate it. Please note that Preset #1 cannot be deleted. If you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

@largbasket did not work. The duplicate will not save on activation either.

    Dear @starhorsepax2

Then please contact with your theme author. In that case they can help you to fix the issue.

    Thank you

@largbasket and how exactly the theme developer is going to help, since you can not fix your own code?

    (@stelat)

@largbasket The suggested fix doesn’t work with the default WP theme Twenty-twenty one either.

@largbasket we did and haven’t heard back via email. You (Themeum) are the theme author. It’s a Tutor Starter theme. It automatically installed the Qubely blocks.

    Dear @starhorsepax2

I am very sorry to inform you that we didn’t got any email from you. Please send us email again from your themeum.com accounts email address with your order number to get support from us.

    Thank you

I am experiencing this issue as well. Let me be very clear here.

Up to date version of wordpress: v6.2.2
    Using TwentyTwentyTwo theme
Only one plugin installed – Qubely v1.8.8

I have paid for Qubely pro for the last 3-4 years, agency license.

This is a concerning issue, as it completely breaks the use of the plugin. Any change to the global preset, either creating a custom one or changing the colors of the default #1 and #2 preset get reverted as soon as a page refreshes.
