[Theme: Galleria] Change site header logo NO Jetpack

  • Hey,

    I want to change my site logo (the one at the very top of the page) but I can only do it through Jetpack.
    The problem is that Jetpack, when installed, accounts for 70-80% of my site load speed, even with all modules turned off (so no way)

    I tried searching these forums and found a couple of workarounds.
    One of them simply didn’t do anything, while the other crashes my site and forces my to modify files from my hosting.

    Can anyone please help? This is my site ??
