[Theme: Freak] Moving Logo and Tagline In Header

I’m having trouble finding how to make my logo, tagline, and social media widgets fit within the space given. Is there anyway I can move these things up so they are not cut off by the secondary menu bar. Also is there a way to completely delete the secondary menu bar (the bar slightly below the tagline and social media widget?
