theme for the plugin and other qustion

the plugin have a theme thats intgrated perfect with him??

and the plugin have an option to build a form of qustions that i want that candidates that apply for each and each job will answer them ??
(each job have a diffrent questions and i need to integrate the form qustions to the “regular” apply dorm)
so i can do that??
