Theme for a Church Web Site

Our church is creating a new web site and we want to use the Zion theme listed on the following page:

I clicked on the hyperlink for the Zion theme, and found a link on the redirect page labeled “Download for free.” The download was a file labeled Zion.zip, which appeared as a folder on my desktop. Then, I unzipped the files located in the folder. However, after having done this and reviewing the files and subfolders located in the main folder, I didn’t see any files I thought I could click on to install the theme. Does anyone have any advice on what I can do to install this theme? Thanks for any help!
