    Hey,
I’m working with Popup maker and as soon as I’m using a popup on a specific page, all the global fonts will get overwritten. Have a look an the page that I attached. The font right now is “Montserat”, but should be Open Sans (just as in the theme defined). It does not matter what I’m defining in the theme. For some reason the font gets overwritten by popup maker

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hello @saladin100 – thanks for reaching out and apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you.

I viewed your site and yes, I see the problem that you are referring to. I then noticed that it is actually loading a cached CSS file.

May I ask, do you have any caching plugin active on your website? If yes, could you please try to purge/clear caching and browsers cache to see if that fixes the issue? You can also try to deactivate it temporarily from your end to see if that helps as well.?
    ?
?Furthermore, I see?that you are using CDN?on your website. If that’s the case then could you please check it?again with Cloudflare turned off or in Dev mode so we can make sure?

Could you please let us know how this goes?

If that helps, then we would very much appreciate it if you could quickly?rate the plugin, just to help us spread the word.

Otherwise, for us to assist you further with your issue, you will need to escalate it directly to our HelpScout support desk. Check out this link:?https://wppopupmaker.com/support/?Thank you.

Hey thanks a lot for your advises.
I turned off the caching plugin. The cdn came with the caching plugin which is deactivated as well now.
I turned off the caching system of the theme as well.
You can check the page now and you will see that it’s still the same.

@saladin100 – Can you do a quick test and mark all popups as draft, then retest.

Second create a new popup with no content and default settings, simply publish it then retest.

If its working fine at that point, the issue isn’t our plugin but rather the content inside one of your popups, at which point I’d publish the other popup’s one by one until it breaks again. You will then know what content you need to inspect to find the real source.

Hope that helps. If your issue is resolved please take a moment to rate and review the plugin or support.

If you still need help please message us directly at https://wppopupmaker.com/support/.
