Theme files not uploading to the right folder

    Using W3 version 0.9.1.3 with WP 3.13
    Network is setup as subfolders (ie not subdomain).

    I’m using a push CDN via FTP and W3 is uploading my sites theme files to the “/wp-content/theme” FTP folder when WP is trying to serve them out of “/blogsiteshortname/wp-content/theme”

    I’ve been manually pushing the theme files to each sub site but it’s a pain when I update my theme as I have over 10 sub sites.

    I’m assuming this is a bug.
