I’m trying to override the plugin file but it seems it is not working. I’m using Genesis Block theme.

    My theme file location:
    /wp-content/themes/genesis-block-theme/job_manager/job-listings-end.php

    Hi there, @aldabogskie,

I trust you checked this documentation page – if not, can you see if it helps?

If not, can you tell us more about the error you see? Please note that this goes beyond the scope of our support, so we might be able to provide limited support only.

Hello, I have reviewed the documentation. There are no errors; however, when I check the front-end, nothing happens.

I’ve just tested it, and the override is working fine. Could you provide us with the overridden template to help us understand your modifications?

I’m attempting to edit the file job-listings-end.php to add a custom button when no jobs are found on the listing page.

When I directly modify the file in the plugin, it works. However, when I use the override method via the theme, it doesn’t work. Here’s my path:

    /wp-content/themes/genesis-block-theme/job_manager/job-listings-end.php

Assisting with customization like this to your theme is outside of the scope of the support that we can offer, per our Support Policy. If you need extra help, you can search for development help in a variety of places — here are a few to start:
