The message is telling you that there is an error in the theme. I can see that the theme directory is ‘cv’ but that doesn’t give enough of a clue.

What is the theme called and where did you obtain it?

    What is your site’s URL?

How did you install the theme?

i copy theme file directory to theme folder in wordpress,
    site URL : https://klopro.ir/

There are two possible reasons for this to happen.
    1. There is something missing from the files uploaded to your site
    2. There is a problem in the code of the theme

If it is the first of these, it can be fixed by deleting the theme files and uploading again.

You are using a theme called ShiftCV which, as it is a commercial theme, is not supported here. If uploading the files again does not help you need to obtain support from the vendor.
