Posts slider disappears

Where is this slider supposed to appear?

right under the main menu.
It should look like in this miniacture (the greenish panel under the Facebook popup)

Andrew or whoever else – could you please please help me out?

The theme refuses to activate even parallax slider apart from the posts slider.
Only bootstrap slider can be activated normally. The other two are just disappeared ??

I’ve not forgotten or ignored you by the way, I simply don’t know the answer.

Could you please check under Appearance > Post Slider > Posts Slider Placements option (see: https://prntscr.com/7iedl3). It must not be selected as “Manually select in a post”.
