Site acting/looking weird after iTheme Security lockout

I was recently locked out of my site due to an error in iThemes Security. It was disabled and now I am back in. However, the site looks totally different (text colors, link colors, etc) and there is php/css coding showing up on my pages (visible online). I don’t know what is wrong. Can someone help? Perhaps it is a plugin or two that is causing problems. I am fairly new to PhP and CSS and haven’t really gotten the commands down. So I’m pretty stuck right now ??
