Theme Errors and Locked Out

    If you look at the website, https://www.alexrotary.com, there are errors showing up at the top of the page that I’m not able to troubleshoot. I would log in and switch to the default theme but after the backend interface isn’t showing up due to the errors.

  • Hey CYPERsprout,

    Let’s start by disabling the Asteria Lite theme, to see if it’s causing the problem.

    If you’re comfortable doing so, FTP into your server. Then:

    – Go to the wp-content/themes/ folder.
    – Rename the asteria-lite folder to asteria-lite-tmp

    This will disable the asteria-lite theme, and will automatically enable the default WordPress theme.

    Visit your site, and if everything is back to normal, the issue is with the theme. If there’s still a problem, just hit reply, and we’ll keep looking at it.
