• I installed a theme and now every aspect of my website has an error message. I think the site I got the theme from is good (https://themehybrid.com/) so I think it’s something I did.

    Everything has this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function hybrid_get_prefix() in /home/elemef/ambitiousklutz.com/wp-content/themes/retro-fitted-child/functions.php on line 31

Please help. Is there a way to do this without losing all my data?

    My site is: https://www.ambitiousklutz.com

  • Use FTP and remove (rename or delete) the active themes folder for the new theme, this will reset WordPress to the default theme.

EDIT: If you can gert into the dashboard just change the theme?

Then see if the new theme has a forum of faq page for installation.

I can’t get into the dashboard at all. Would I change the FTP through my hosting service?

Can you post a Pastebin of your retro-fitted-child Theme’s functions.php file?
