Theme Edits Not Working

    Hello Support,

    I was trying to edit the themes ‘Cutting Edge’ & ‘Hello Box’ to change the colors of the background and the borders of the popup and it is not registering the changes. I’ve been working with this plugin on a number of sites for years and have never experienced this. Always been able to adjust the theme to that of the site. This occured after updating to your latest version 1.10.1

    Hello @designdata2013, sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue.

    May I ask, do you have any caching plugins active on your site? If so, then please could you try to?purge/clear all?caching plugin and browsers cache??

    You can also try to deactivate the caching plugin?(if you have any) temporarily from your end?to see if that helps. Or,?you can also try it in a different browser or in incognito mode as well.

    Lastly,?are you?using any Cloudflare or any CDN? If so, then could you please try it?again with?Cloudflare turned off?or?in Dev mode?so we can make sure?

    Hello Maria (@mariatogonon),

    Just wanted to let you know that I realized that I had imported a second copy of the themes and was indeed editing the wrong version. I apologize for taking up your time on this. Thanks so much for your response!
