Theme Editor – sudden change in all my blogs

  • A week or so ago I installed approx 24 WordPress blogs on different domains. A-OK!

    Today, logging in to each of them for edits, all of them have changed as far as the layout of the Theme Editor is concerned.

    Whereas the window showing the actual source code of each file used to show up adjacent to the list of files down the right, NOW the window for the files shows up starting BENEATH the list of files on the right and is as wide as the space allows.

    What would cause this sudden change to happen across all these different themes/domains/editors?
