theme editor doesn't save changes

Hi,

I’m having a big problem. I want to change a tiny thing in the theme editor, which I done before and it worked some months ago, but now I want to change again and the changes don’t appear.

I thought it was a plugin, or the theme but its not. It must be a wordpress error… can anyone help me?
