This may seem a bit dumb question. However, if I won’t ask, I won’t learn. I just can’t seem to figure out how to get ‘Home’ button on the Menu. I don’t wish to create a page and thus creating a link to something that is home page. The ‘Home’ button, typically should go to the domain.com.

    Thank you in advance.

  • In your WordPress Admin area, go to Appearance and then Menus. Within the Menu section you simply create a new menu, make it your default, and then add the links you want. You can add pages or create any custom link you want. You can also reorder them via drag and drop.

Thank you Michael for that tip. It worked fine. However, it would be nice to have enable/disable ‘Home’ button as feature, instead of having to create a Custom Link under Menu. I am just expressing my thought.

Thank you so much for your help.

    No problemo.

If you clicked the ‘view all’ button under pages, the [home] button is there in appearance -> menus.

That’s the one. I am getting it all back now. Thanks Frumps. That is exactly what I was missing. It in fact does the same thing as Michael suggested. Except of course, is is THERE. Ha ha silly me.

    Thank you so much.
