Theme doesnt get properly displayed when opened from mobile (android/apple)

  • Hey there, i cant get to have the same settings for mobile as they are shown and set into the editor, even using a default un-touched theme. On the editor i set smaller text / different colors / formatting and they are shown properly behind a desktop but then while opening the site from the smartphone (android/apple) either using chrome / safari / built-in web browser, the content doesnt get displayed / formatted correctly (eg text doesnt scale down, text spacing/colors not working, etc).
    I am evalutating to go pro for couple more website but this issue is holding me for now.

    Hello,

    I checked your site and I found out that all the background heading text are not resizing according to the page size. These are resize according to the settings given in the editor.

    To change the typography for different devices then visit Title -> Heading Styles. There you find monitor icon or phone icon next to typography. You have change the default settings according to different devices so that your heading adjust according to the pages.

    Hi there and thanks for your reply. Ive done that already also on a fresh installation with an untouched theme, editing the settings for mobile as you said clicking on the phone icon but it didnt solve the issue. Ill try again with a new fresh installation and get back to you. Ill post also some pics this time if it is possible via link.

    Hello,

    If you are testing your page in phone and the heading is not resizing according to your phone screen size then maybe your phone screen size is more than 360px breakpoint.

    Try to adjust this breakpoint by visiting WordPress Dashboard -> Pagelayer -> Website Settings -> Container tab.
