Theme Defaulting After Web Host Downtime?

    I’ve been having a strange issue where my theme defaults to the WordPress Default 1.5 theme without my doing. I’m literally not working in WP at all and it happens (and I notice a while later)

    I’m not sure if it’s related, but at least on one occasion, it happened when I know my web host experienced downtime.

    Is there another kind of setting besides Presentation > Themes that controls the theme selection? And does anyone have ideas as to why this might happen and how to correct?
