[Theme: Customizr] Unable to add logo

Hi, I was wondering what I am doing wrong with not being able to add a logo in Customizr. I am using the recommended 250×100 dimensions and have tried both .jpg and .png file types. In the theme customization where it asks you to select a photo it doesn’t seem to register. It uploads fine but nothing shows.

What am I doing wrong?

P.S. I read a really long thread talking about Internet Explorer with the same issue but it was long and very confusing. I am on Mac OS X and use Safari but also have Firefox and Chrome.
