• Hi guys,
I’m a newbie here and fairly new to WordPress. There are a couple issues I’m having in customizing the sticky header of this work in progress. Any help would be appreciated!

    My Work In Progress: https://69.175.84.194/~maturesi/wordpress/

It’s messed up now, the search box isn’t horizontally aligned to the logo (I’ll worry about that later) You’ll notice scrolling down everything fuddles up. There are a couple of things I want to do.

    On Scroll down
    1. Remove ALL animation/keep the header “fixed” at a height of 41px
    2. Maintain the search bar in the same position.
    3. Maintain appearance of the social buttons on scroll down so they don’t disappear.

    Search Box Icon.
There is that default “search” text over my custom search icon. How do I get rid of that? I can’t find it anywhere.

    Header Menu size/position.
I want to shrink the menu box to a smaller size, and align all the way to the left next to the S-4 logo. So when you click on it, the menu of pagelinks slides from the left side of the page, instead of from the right. This is a separate minor issue for now, but it would be interesting to know how I, or others can that if they so wish.

Sorry if this seems to be a bit..I thought it would be ok to keep it under one thread.
If anyone could help me with even one or a couple of these it would be so helpful to my CSS learning, I’d really appreciate it.

    Thanks! -DarkV
