Theme customizer does not update

  • Hi,

    My problem is that the theme customizer does not update when some plugins are active. but these change, sometimes yoast is causing the problem, sometimes simple lightbox. It just says “/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)” in console. What should I do?

    Have you tried testing your site in a different browser? Sometimes the Customizer performs better in one browser than another. Also, have you cleared your cache/browser cache? Those are some good first steps to fixing your issue.
