Theme Customizer and Preview Not Working

    When I click on “customize”, the theme preview is blank and the buttons to customize the theme do not work.

    I’ve seen many people ask questions relating to the same issue I’m having and yet few have been resolved. The solutions posted are not effective.

    I’ve tried deactivating all the plugins and using the default themes and still I get a blank preview and a dead customize window.

    Please could someone be so kind as to assist me as soon as possible as I’ve been having this issue for days and I find it bad that WordPress cannot give me a solution.

    Since WordPress prefers not to trouble themselves with their users’ technical issues and deems it sufficient to let us discuss and concoct solutions amongst ourselves, my issue was finally resolved by talking to my domain host.

    The problem had something to do with the DNS pointing to the wrong site resulting in a blank preview, once they changed the DNS the preview started working.

    Talk to your domain host you’ll have a better shot at getting some help.
