Theme customization and transfer questions

    I am in the process of transferring from a blogger and trying to customize the new blog.

    How do I adjust a few things on the green-apples theme? I want the header to be shorter….it is too tall. I also want to change the yellow background behind the posts/sidebars but I cannot seem to find it in the style sheet?

    Also – when I imported my posts, each post shows a google ad….how do I get rid of that.
