Theme CSS details out of place

  • I just got done with the basics of my new wordpress design. However, I’m having a problem when I go to the appearance tab on the dashboard.
    This is what it shows for my new design:

    I’m pretty sure I have everything correct within the css detail section.
    Here is what I have:
