Theme CSS broken on wp-signup.php page

    Hi,

    According to the screenshot it appears some files are not loading.

    My plugin does not run or inject anything into the theme. The problem might be related to the download manager plugin.

    Did you see an error with the download manager plugin when you looked at my site?

    I saw two files that were not loading on the sign up page. See the screenshot above. Not sure what is causing not to load.
