Theme crashed my site & invited spam

  • I installed this theme and it immediately crashed my site. I had to go into the FTP and remove the theme files directly, which allowed me to get back into my site and set everything back to normal. I would not suggest using this theme, especially if you are inexperienced and cannot rectify the situation within the FTP. I also noticed I received spam messages and comments immediately after downloading the theme, which leads me to believe the files are compromised.

    Sorry for that.

    I tested it on the different hostings, the site was not crashed. So, do you mind if I can know your activated plugins list that I can test the theme with those plugins? Now I can only guess that the theme is conflict with a certain plugin on your site.

    Sometimes, if W3 Total Cache or other cache plugin is activated, we have to empty all the cache first.

    For the spam, I’m not sure the reason, because I haven’t included any email form or mail modul e into this theme, so I don’t think this issue is related with the theme.
