Theme : Converting from HTML

What bit are you stuck with?

With copy-pasting content from html file to wp theme.
“Choping” html file to index.php, header.php, sidebar.php, footer.php etc.. I don’t know what should I chop, copy..
I’m a begginer with wp (PHP)
