• Hi. I’ve setup a new WP installation for a friend, and purchased & installed a theme from TemplateMonster.com. Unfortunately it doesn’t work out of the box, and I’ve since read a huge amount of negative feedback about them as a company, and their customer service specifically – so I’m not holding my breathe when it comes to them responding to my support ticket.

The website is https://architectureandinteriors.co.nz/ – and if you go to any content page from the homepage (e.g. click on “Company” in the top menu) and then go back to the homepage by clicking “Home” in the menu, then the white content box from the previous page stays on top of the homepage content.

I’m a database developer by trade, and know a fair bit about HTML/CSS, etc, but I haven’t been able to fix this yet myself.

Would someone mind taking a look and letting me know if anything obvious jumps out?

    Thanks
    Dave

  • Yeah, they definitely are not a “good” source of themes. In fact, they don’t comply with WP licensing requirements, so I’d really suggest you persuade your friend to find another theme. We can’t support those kinds of themes here at all, sorry. All the themes included in the repository on this site are free, tested for quality and are supported on these forums.
